If You Love Disney and You Love a Feast ...

Once a year, on a family-owned farm up in remote Zellwood, Florida, a magical merging occurs. Chefs from Disney World's very top restaurants personally prepare and serve spectacular foods to a group of no more than 200 adults. Participants duck out for farm tours, then return to indulge in yet more food, beer and wine. Live music plays.

This event is called Field to Feast. The fifth annual gathering will take place on February 17, 2018. It always sells out, and it's no wonder. Not only is this a one-of-a-kind event under the stars with otherwise unheard-of access to Mickey's Orlando culinary A-team. It's also a fundraiser. So, your $175 ticket will be a splurge, but that amount supports the Kids Cafe Program of Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. Kids Cafe feeds needy kids after school in three counties.

Each chef has his or her own food station. Ingredients sizzle and steam "on stage," to use a Disney term, throughout. Your fare will be will be piping hot, if appropriate, and served by the proud and enthusiastic chefs. At each station, a Disney sommelier will pour a specially chosen wine.
