Maybe it was a fellow foodie's disappointed Facebook posts. Possibly,  sheer pragmatism. But with Orlando's Swine Family restaurant group expanded so quickly in recent months, I couldn't imagine that its new restaurant, The Polite Pig, could be extraordinary.
